The Hiyas ng Bulacan Provincial Band was created on a memorable day, August 15, 1983. This talented band is made up of members from different towns and cities across the province of Bulacan. What's truly shocking and interesting about this band of musicians is that most of them are volunteers. They come together not just for financial gain, but also because of their love and passion for playing music. They are currently under the administration of Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alex Castro, the Hiyas ng Bulacan Provincial Band is composed of forty-three (43) members and it is led by Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz of the PHACTO. They are also in a partnership under the leadership of Band Master Virgilio Andan and Musical Director Maestro Felicito Sacdalan.
