The Hiyas ng Bulacan Provincial Band was created on a memorable day, August 15, 1983. This talented band comprises members from different towns and cities across Bulacan. What's truly shocking and exciting about this band of musicians is that most of them are volunteers. They come together for financial gain and because of their love and passion for playing music. They are currently under the administration of Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alex Castro. The Hiyas ng Bulacan Provincial Band comprises forty-three (43) members, led by Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz of the PHACTO. They are also in a partnership under the leadership of Band Master Virgilio Andan and Musical Director Maestro Felicito Sacdalan.
