He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 1968 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. In addition, he studied in New York at the Art Students League in 1984 and the School of Visual Arts in 1996. He paints churches, houses, nipa huts, flowers, still lifes, and landscapes in a realistic manner. His artwork has been inspired by Philippine postage stamps. In D.C., he hosted exhibits at the Philippine Trade Centers. | |||
