Matanglawin features galleries showing collections of photographs and other media taken mostly by students. The photos showcase the city's community, from its bustling streets and markets to its tranquil rivers, and busy meeting places.
Through the lens of their cameras, the students try to capture the essence of Malolos as a city in photo challenges. The galleries feature a variety of images, including:
- Portraits of people from all walks of life: vendors, students, families, and more
- Scenes of everyday life: children playing in the park, commuters waiting for the bus, and people going about their daily business
- Architectural and historical landmarks: the Malolos Cathedral, the Barasoain Church, and old houses
- Natural beauty: the riverways, the sunrises and sunsets, and the coastalscapes
- Cultural events and festivals: the Sto. Nino Festival, the Pistang Bayan, the commemorations, and a lot more
We invite you to explore the galleries and learn more about the City of Malolos through the eyes of its people. We hope that you will find the feature media as inspiring as we do.
Also part of the collection are media from all over the internet like historical photographs, as well as drone shots taken by the Matanglawin Team.
Enjoy!
