Marcelo S. Balatbat (Setyembre 4, 1908 - 2000)
Ipinanganak si Marcelo S. Balatbat sa Hagonoy, Bulacan, noong Setyembre 4, 1908. Nagtapos siya ng sekondarya sa Bulacan High School noong 1927.
Nakapagtrabaho siya sa Kagawaran ng Komersyo at lumipat sa Kagawaran ng Pagbabangko noong 1930s. Kalaunan, siya ay naging realtor bago maging presidente ng Philippine Chamber of Commerce. Siya ay itinalaga bilang kalihim ng Departamento ng Komersyo at Industriya at naging kasapi ng Pambansang Sangguniang Ekonomiko.
Si Marcelo S. Balatbat ay kinasal kay Virginia Martinez at sila ay may isang anak na si Jose Balatbat. Pumanaw si Balatbat noong taong 2000.
