Doña Gregoria Adriano, who was the one most in charge of taking care of their ancestral house, was born in 1878 in Madrid, Spain; her father, Felipe Vasquez, was 21 and her mother, Maria De La Cruz, was 19. Ignacio Polombarit Adriano was born on February 1, 1868, in Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines. His father, Juan Adriano, was 21, and his mother, Gregoria Polumbarit, was 11. They were married in 1894.
