Alimango sa Misua

One such dish is Alimango sa Misua, a crab soup dish that has gained recognition among many local food bloggers due to its exquisite taste. This article aims to delve into the history and relevance of this dish to Malolos rather than its culinary experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Crab
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 thumb Ginger cut into strips
  • ½ cup Spring onions cut into ½ inch
  • 1 pc Onion cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 cups Misua
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground black pepper

Procedure

  1. Heat the cooking oil in a cooking pot.
  2. Saute the garlic and ginger.
  3. Add the onion. Cook until the onion becomes soft.
  4. Add-in the crabs. Pour-in the fish sauce and add water . Let it boil.
  5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle some ground black pepper. Let the water reboil. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Put-in the misua noodles. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Add the spring onions. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes more.
  9. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
