Copyright Policy
We advocate free and open access to knowledge resources. Wiki Malolos is founded on the principles of the right to access information and on the values of sharing and community; Wiki Malolos acts as a public forum that may be used by its contributors to distribute certain content. Wiki Malolos will never claim copyrights or ownership over all uploaded articles and contributions. All rights, whenever present, belong to the respective contributors and their sources.
Contributors are reminded to share in ways that do not violate intellectual property rights under the doctrine of Fair Use and acceptable norms against plagiarism. As much as possible, contributions and content are public and readily accessible, but varying levels of access (Open Access, View Only, Limited Access, and Restricted Access) may be implemented on materials subject to copyright claims.
To contributors: All contributions to Wiki Malolos may be edited, altered, or removed by other contributors. If you do not want your writings to be edited mercilessly, then do not submit them here. You may read the Peer Review Mechanism we put in place to ensure the quality of contributions.
You are also promising us that you wrote your contributions yourself or copied them from a public domain or similar free resource. References and citations should be made if needed. Do not submit copyrighted work without permission!
On Intellectual Property Rights. Wiki Malolos is aware of intellectual property rights. As such, it commits itself to review contributions publicly available on the website and, at its discretion and/or upon valid claims, modify, remove contents, or restrict access to the materials that violate the intellectual property rights of others. An Access and Ethics Committee works to perform those important tasks as well as to seek permissions from owners and copyright holders over some materials.
