As a rule, uploading files directly to the server is greatly discouraged due to limited space. All files must be stored and sourced from the gdrive and 1drive vaults. Alternatively, public domain materials and own works may be uploaded at the Mediawiki Commons.

Wiki Malolos can directly embed files from the commons by copying just the filename. An example is the code used to present the picture here.
